These terms apply to the jabaly Chrome extension and to the jabaly Pro subscription. By installing or using jabaly you agree to them.

The service

jabaly is a browser extension that adds subscriber counts, outlier labels, categories and trend search to YouTube. It is developed and operated by an independent developer based in Spain. The Free plan is available at no cost. The Pro plan adds features, as described on the pricing section of our website.

Pro subscription

• Pro costs $4.99 per month and renews every month until you cancel.
• After you subscribe, you receive a personal license key by email. You enter it in the extension to unlock Pro.
• You can cancel at any time. After you cancel, your license stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Prices and taxes are shown at checkout. The payment provider acts as the seller of record and handles payment and taxes.

Refunds

If something is wrong with your purchase, write to us and we will review your case. This does not affect any rights you have as a consumer under the law that applies to you.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use jabaly. Your Pro license key is for your own use. Do not share it, resell it or publish it. Do not copy, modify or remove the license check, or reverse engineer the extension to bypass it.

YouTube

jabaly is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by YouTube or Google. You are responsible for using YouTube in line with YouTube's own terms. Features may change or stop working if YouTube changes its website.

Your data

The data you save in jabaly stays in your browser, as described in the privacy policy. Back up your data before removing the extension or changing your browser, because removing the extension deletes it.

Availability and changes

We may update, change or remove features, and we may update these terms. When these terms change, we will update the date at the top of this page.

No warranty and limit of liability

jabaly is provided "as is". We do not promise that it will be free of errors or always available, or that the data it shows will be complete or accurate. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Pro in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory rights you have in your country of residence.
